In order to add blend filters onto my footage in premiere pro I have to take photos or videos using extreme close up and focus changes to create blurs and lens flair effects. You can purchase filters online but to achieve the effect I really want it is best to go out and get my own.
To gather recourses I went out and took my own photos and videos. These are my recourses from the session:
Using the recourses I layer them over my footage on Premiere pro and blend them using the effects option built into the software.
